Inspection Requires Safe Access and Equipment Control

Equipment isolation, safe access, responsible site personnel, operating permission and suitable working conditions should be confirmed before inspection starts.

Load testing is not automatically included Proof-load or load testing requires a separately agreed method, suitable test load, competent supervision, controlled test area and confirmed equipment condition.
Safe Isolation Equipment should be isolated where required.
Access Arrangements Safe access platforms or lifting arrangements may be needed.
